+ How many sessions of confidence hypnosis will I require?

Some clients will need 2 to 5 sessions, some clients will need more may need more. We will establish goals so we both know when you have achieved the level of confidence and self-esteem that you desire and we can ‘test’ it so we know the treatment has been successful. Most clients feel better after the first session with a treatment plan in place and feeling supported and pleased that they have taken the first step to tackling their low confidence and self-esteem. The number of sessions will differ between clients depending on how much they allow themselves to relax during confidence hypnosis, how well they respond to treatment and the severity of their lack of confidence and low self-esteem.

During the first appointment I will complete an initial consultation which will help me to understand your personal circumstances and background. I will find out the details of your lack of confidence and how it manifests itself. For example: has confidence and self-esteem always been an issue, if not when did it start? Was anything else going on at the time, has it worsened and how does it present itself? What symptoms do you have? Once I really understand your low confidence, I can personalise a treatment plan for you. Together we can identify your triggers and times that are particularly challenging for you. I will give you exercises to practice, which will help to support you during these difficult times and it will support the work we do together. The more you practice tools and techniques in the exercises I give you, the better they work and the more they continue to help, even after you have stopped seeing me. I will propose various ways of increasing your confidence and self-esteem, some will use hypnosis, some will be talking through thought patterns and emotions on a conscious level, helping you to understand reactions and change them.

Confidence hypnosis can make it possible for you to feel confident, calm, relaxed and with increased self-esteem, able choose your reactions and how you wish to feel in any environment, removing stress and general anxiety.
