+ How many sessions of weight loss hypnotherapy will I need?

Most clients need 3 sessions (the first session includes an initial consultation). During these three sessions we will really change your relationship with food and rewire your thought patterns. You will be free from obsessing about what you should and should not eat, leaving you calm relaxed and in control of your food issues. Clients with anorexia, bulimia and body dysmorphic disorder may need more sessions.
